Block Captain

• Serves as a liaison between his/her neighbors and the Neighborhood Watch organization.
• Keeps a phone and email contact list of not more than 11 neighbors.
• Relays urgent messages by phone or in person to those on the contact list. Routine messages are normally sent by email.
• Contacts new residents and updates contact list as needed.
• Attends four meetings per year to keep abreast of the general security situation in our area.

Village Coordinator

• Takes the lead in Neighborhood Watch efforts in his/her village
• Serves as a liaison between the Block Captains and the Main Coordinator.
